This healthcare industry, and everything that's
changing with the Healthcare Affordability Act
and healthcare reform, the learning curve --
my learning curve has always
been in the upward swing.
You never learn it all, and you're only limited
by your imagination, the different schemes
that persons or entities will come
up with to take advantage of program
as a healthcare insurance-type
program like Medicaid.
And because of the size of it, people will
take their chances, okay, and take advantage
of the program because they
feel no one's watching.
