>> So, the biggest thing I
love about it is the fact
that I'm bringing serious value to my clients.
So, I'm not walking in there and just trying to
say hey look at this cool and shiny new product.
You asked me to take a look
and buy a couple of them.
I'm talking about a business issue that
they have and I'm able to provide a solution
to drive them towards profitability
or out of an issue
or higher performance or
whatever their issues are.
I usually have some way to
get them to a better position.
So, it's just helping other people.
That's the biggest thing.
Every job I've had, in the past, whether it
was working in the mortgage industry or working
in IT industry, I've been able to
find a way to help other people.
And that's what really motivates
me in the morning.
Most of the challenges are usually internal.
I mean, working for a big company such as HP,
I've also worked for IBM,
some Micro Systems and Oracle.
Every single one of them, they've
got their internal bureaucracy
that you have to work through.
And, once you figure out how to
get by all of that, it usually,
you know, alleviates those challenges.
But, initially, you've got to, usually, figure
out how to traverse the system and, you know,
basically, get what's right for
your client as fast as you can.
