>> I love exploring this whole new realm
of technology and social media and I am
in the heart of it in San Francisco.
You're in tech, you are in San Francisco.
I love networking and making
connections and learning about people
and learning how people interact with each other
and that's essentially my
job as community manager.
To, kind of, take, you know, 200,000 users
of a platform and make them into a community.
You know, in college you're doing case studies.
You're doing made up things.
You're doing fake scenarios, role-plays,
whatever you're doing and it's all great
and helps you learn but it's never real.

And, I think that's the hardest is
actually being in the real world and, like,
if you mess up you don't lose points.
You lose business.
Money. It's real.
Like-- and I think that's definitely the
hardest part is being in the real world.
