planned to be doing what I'm doing now.
I always thought, because I was used
to working in very big organizations.
So, in terms of working in a nonprofit
organization, which is basically what I do now,
I think you should, certainly pick one that
aligns with your values because there are many,
many, there are lots of challenges in
the workplace today in almost any field.
But, working in a, especially,
in a small nonprofit,
there are limited resources,
and not enough time.
So, you really want to pick
something where your soul
and your passion are linked with your expertise.
I think, the other thing to do is to talk
to people who work at similar organizations.
And, I always encourage students to get an
internship or a co-op or do volunteer work
so they actually have the
opportunity of gaining experience,
meeting people, networking, things like that.
