>> Well, the first thing is you want to
go into something that makes you happy.
You have to understand what
your happiness quotient is.
You have to define it, you have
to explore, you have to identify
and say that's what makes you happy and so
I'm going to do that, so how do I get there?
Then you become a researcher because it's
your life, you have to start that exploration
when you're younger and when
you get into a college
where you have a chance to
really expand your horizons.
College is a museum where you
have to look at all the paintings,
that's a great thing about being in college.
You're not just going in and looking
at the one Matisse then walking out,
you look at all the paintings, you interact
with, you enrich your life by exploration.
My words of wisdom would be to somebody, get
at it, don't wait, start that exploration
when you're in junior high, that
is the most exciting, that's the,
those are the age groups I
taught, 7th, 8th and 9th,
the most exciting time in a young person's life.
