>> Well I think that one is to listen to
other people and what I mean by listen
to other people, because
if you really haven't found
where your passion is people tell you
sometimes in a round about ways, you know.
I have people say Stewart you're
good at relationship management.
That is very very effective when I am, you
know, interacting with another organization.
So basically pay attention to the
positive things that people say about you.
And because they, what they really do,
they see talents in you sometimes
that you can't see in yourself.
One is to believe in yourself and to be
persistent and to, you know, just, kind of,
just really really focus on what
will give you that job satisfaction.
And pay attention to yourself.
And if you involve in some activity that you
completely just lose time, lose track of time
in then that's an indication of something.
I really may need to turn this into some type
of business enterprise or this is the type
of work I do because evidently that's where
your passion is if you lose complete track
of time while you're involved in it.
