>> My name is Andrew Moses and I work
for MorganFranklin Corporation here
in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
I'm a consultant to federal agencies.
Our company, we serve federal clients
and we serve commercial clients.
In addition to my responsibilities on
client delivery I'm also responsible
for some business development activities
and some marketing-related programs as well.
Constantly dealing with client challenges,
you know having to roll up the sleeves
and address you know complex client issues you
know in a time-sensitive manner, urgent manner
but also I have the opportunity to
manage teams of people serving clients
which you know is really exciting for me
because I like to work with people and you know,
hope to, I enjoy setting a goal and
watching a team move towards it.
So you know in addition to serving
clients I also have the great privilege
of serving you know my teams as well.
A standard day for me you know start at 8 a.m.,
start you know getting a feel for the news.
You know in my business development and
marketing capacities I want to have a good feel
for what's going on in the commercial markets,
you know who is merging, who's acquiring,
who's doing things in the community.
And on our federal side, I really,
you know want to focus on the news,
what agencies are experiencing what challenges.
You know and then after you know a few
minutes of getting a feel for what's going
on in the market and in the community
really start solving client issues,
meeting with clients on a
you know regular basis.
Some days I could have you know six to eight
meetings with different folks at the client,
their personnel and the day often you know,
wraps up formally probably
in the 6 o'clock area.
And but you know certainly the company
gives you an opportunity to do some things
in the community, to support
the company and do some things,
extracurricular as I would term them as well.
