>> My name's Willy, Willy Stanley.
I've been a firefighter for 19 years with the
Federal Fire Department here in San Diego.
I work on a small island off the coast.
We take care of the seal team
guys, we have a airfield.
I work seven days, I'm home seven
days, it's a great schedule.
Sometimes it's a little bit difficult to
leave the family when stuff's hitting the fan
but I do it and it's a great job.
For anybody who wants to be a fireman,
you really, really have to be dedicated.
And if you want to get rich, it's not the job
for you because you're not going to get rich
but I'll tell you what, job satisfaction, in
my eyes back then, was number one, it still is.
And I've got three years left to go and
I wish it was five because I love my job.
You kids out there who are thinking about it,
you take care of the public and you're going
to have lots of nasty things come up in your
life during your job, and you know what?
You just handle it the best
you can, it's a great way,
it's a great way to earn a
living and you know what?
You come home at night and you're stoked.
>> Willy, I've seen, I've seen the
movies, you know, I've seen the TV shows,
we kind of think we understand what goes
on, kind of bring us into a little bit,
what your day is like, you guys get a call, you
know, you, you get out there to do your job,
can you just kind of walk
us through the experienced
and what some of the things you guys do.
>> Right. Well, the big thing
is is when the bell...
