>> Some of the things I love about my
career it's a obviously a creative aspect.
I was always creative as a child growing up.
So the fact that I get to use
some of my creative talents --
and I feel like I'm getting to
share them and help clients.
Helping I think, and sharing
a good life for them.
And taking their space and letting
them have a better quality of life.
And I really think at the end of the day when
I walk out of the client's home or their space,
a business or a place of business, and knowing
that maybe their business will be improved.
The quality of their workday.
They have a little more joy
brought into their life.
I think that's key.
And that it reflects them.
Some of the challenges.
What are some of the challenges daily?
I'd say stresses and challenges.
And when I hear challenges, I
think some of the stressors.
For me, you know, they've
gotten a little bit easier
in that I have more experience under my belt.
I'm in my 25th year of business.
And I'd say the challenges
are when something goes wrong.
And the some things that go wrong are
not always because of me or my staff.
It could just be manufacturers,
product lines, something coming wrong.
A defect of the product.
Or in today's world we have a lot of
manufacturers going out of business.
You try to make something happen, and we're
going down that path of completing a project
and it's, you know, you feel like
sometimes a project is doomed.
And it's just kind of never
going to get completed.
Or you may pick a product
out that's discontinued.
Or, you know, it's -- many of those challenges
that I just related to that for one reason
or another where you're just
hitting a brick wall every time.
That's one set of challenges.
