>> Well, obviously, it's the music.
You know, like writing a song that's
important to you, that means something to you
and then performing it in front of a crowd.
And seeing people connect with
that the is an amazing feeling.
That's probably the major reason why I do it.
The challenging part is actually
turning it into a viable business.
A viable source of income.
Where, you know, because
everyone wants to do it.
But very few people can actually pull it off.
So it's, it's a business
and I think to be successful
as any musician, you really have to know both.
I think back like back in the '70s
and '80s and maybe in the '90s,
like it was a different time back then when
people could just like have really good music.
And then, you know, people from labels back when
they were profitable could actually get picked
up like then just through the music.
But nowadays, you kind of just have to.
You have to wear all the hats.
And you can't be afraid to do that.
And with any job, there's going to be
stuff about it you don't like doing.
And you just at the end of day, you
got to be willing to tell yourself
like I am doing this because I lover it.
Even if it might suck doing some things.
