>> You know there's probably a...
[Inaudible] ...probably a few of them.
You know I think the biggest mistake you
can make is really not being prepared
for what the job entails.
You know any time you get in
front of someone for an interview,
you want to know what you're
actually interviewing for;
what you're objectives are in that interview.
So doing a little bit of research
beforehand both about the job and even
about the person you're interviewing
with is always helpful.
The other thing that I would say is what I found
in the interviews that I've been on in my career
if you don't go into them nervous,
there's probably something wrong with you.
There are always nerves.
There are always nerves.
No one ever goes into an interview without
a little bit of butterflies in their stomach
but you really need to treat
it as a conversation.
You really need to treat it as just getting
to know someone and I think if you go in there
and just remind yourself that this is
just a conversation at the end of the day
and you had prepared ahead of
time, I think you'll do fine.
