I manage thirty employees.

human resources in the restaurant.
I try to make people's belly's full and
I just try to run a successful business.
And recently we've been picked
up by 31 Magazine.
I've done some work with some
people affiliated with Food Network.
Today one of my details is getting ready
for a private event, fixing [inaudible]
in the women's restroom and making sure all of
the accounting was done right when I got here.
