>> I like to travel.
I hate being in one location too long.
So, I'm always on the road and --
which is good in the nice weather,
it's bad in the snow and the ice.
And the -- the work changes all the time.
It's not -- it may sound like it with tuning,
but tuning's just one portion of what we do.
It's -- you always have mechanical issues.
You have people have different -- different
requirements that they need out of the piano.
Some are more skilled and they
need a higher level of performance.
So, you have to try to make
the piano, if possible,
meet their expectations,
you know, where you can.
So, it might be voice, it might be tone
regulating, like I said, regulation,
trying to -- trying to make the piano work as
close to originally designed as possible and --
because it wears down, over time.
>> What are some challenges that you encounter?
>> Besides the customers?
What are some of the challenges?
Just getting to and from the job sometimes,
unrealistic expectations from customers.
Sometimes a piano isn't designed to do what
they may necessarily have to do and you have
to bring some bad news to them on that.
It's -- it's just some work environments are
just -- are just tough sometimes but overall,
it's, you know, it's -- it's a
smaller portion of the -- of the job.
