>> I love everything about what I do.
And the reason I love everything because it's
always changing every day okay with every email,
with every phone call, with every
person who steps into the office,
there's a need at some level whether
it be from a human resource standpoint,
a safety standpoint, an operation
standpoint, something is needed and I know
that I can be there because being an
equipment manager of this [inaudible] facility,
we are there to service the jobs and
do it productively and efficiently.
And my challenge to me and the staff that
I have working with me is to make sure
that we meet those needs and make it as
profitable as possible and it's ever changing.
Some of the challenges that I have is
the changing environment for the Tier 4,
there's a few different ones, the Tier
4 and the environmental focus on it,
trying to keep up with the protocols of making
sure that we have the appropriate quantity
and percentage to be able to bid jobs
and to put [inaudible] Tier 4 standpoint,
making sure that all the craft people who come
out of the local trade halls are effectively
and maintaining the safety protocols and the
operation protocols that need to be set forth
to protect the assets of the
company as well as themselves.
And then from the human resource aspect, to
make sure that I give them an environment
that is conducive to what they expect
it to be because you're dealing
with so many different personalities.
