>> Well, I actually started at Penn Manor.
So then I just jumped right
over here to Millersville.
I actually started in education.
I was middle-level English, and decided
that just wasn't the route for me.
So I dropped that, and I graduated with a
degree in English, and I minored in sociology,
and so then after that, I applied at The Web
and that was the only job I
applied for, and I got it.
So it was a pretty easy transition
from Millersville to The Web.
I knew that I wanted to work with people, and
I knew that I had good communication skills.
I was proficient in writing,
reading, all of those things.
So the first thing I thought of was
customer service or inside sales,
something to that effect, and I
actually have connections with Clark,
and I've heard of it being
just a really good company.
So that's what led me to that, but I
knew I wanted to be work with people.
I wanted to be talking to people every day, and
so English and understanding people's behaviors,
just it seem natural to move into that.
