Kathleen is the Director of theCareer Success Center at Western Connecticut State University. After serving in the United States Navy for 26 years as an intelligence officer, Kathleen transitioned to the private sector by completing her MBA and
taking on an administrative role at WCSU. It wasn't long before she found herself in charge of the Career Success Center, striving to offer students "a quality career readiness program that improves their employability and growth as
individuals, professionals, scholars and leaders."
